Reno, NV. A Classic Revolution is in the air with the announcement of Brüka Theatre’s 26th season of live theatre in downtown Reno. This will be classic theatre at its best, with a line up of entertaining and exciting shows that all share a timeless quality with lasting worth. From spellbinding and definitive classics like Bell, Book and Candle, The Dresser and The Crucible alongside original storytelling, some based in the ridiculous in terms of The Mousehole Family Christmas Extravaganza to the show stopping musical Victor/Victoria, all at Brüka, all live, all local, all in amazing technicolor. For Agatha Christie fans, her rarely seen play, Akhnaton takes you to a time of Kings and powerful change. This season also features Brüka Game Night on November 17, the 6th annual Biggest Little Theatre and New Works Festival, master classes and the touring Brüka Theatre For Children original production - Galileo - Stars In His Eyes. In April, be sure to save the date for our Lavender Ball, celebrating all things local with music, dancing and locally sourced specialties.
