We hope you will give your support to a very special “Buttcracker 4” to help kick cancer’s “Buttcracker” in the name of Tom Plunkett a talented and well-known Reno actor, director, musician and Buttcracker alum who has been undergoing treatment for throat cancer.  His aggressive medical treatment has greatly affected his ability to work, let alone create.  So let’s help him have a very special Christmas and New Year by coming to Brüka on 12-12-12 and giving from the heart.  All ticket sales will go directly to Tom.  If you would like to make donations in Tom’s name to Brüka we will make sure he gets all of the funds.  Tickets are available through Brüka Theatre or:

About Buttcracker 4:  Back by popular demand Buttcracker IV – Zombie Apocalypse fills the community with a ridiculous holiday spirit holidays beginning November 16 and playing through December 21, 2012.   Brüka dances its pants off in this ridiculous parody based on the holiday favorite The Nutcracker. This eclectic, hilarious and original performance experience is laced with Brüka’s exciting performance style and features favorites from the past 3 productions. 

The Buttcracker 4 runs November 12 through December 21, 2012. Wednesday through Saturday shows at 8 PM with 2 Sunday matinee performances on November 25 and December 9 at 2 PM. The customary matinee talkback with the company will immediately follow the December 9 matinee performance.
