Wednesday, JUNE 26 2013.  Blanketstealer will present their music world premiere in Brüka Theatre’s Sub Brüka for one night only on Wednesday, June 26 at 8 PM.  Tickets range from $10 - $20.  Seating is limited so reservations are suggested.  Tickets are available on brownpapertickets.com or by calling Brüka Theatre at 775.323.3221.  Seating begins at 7:30 PM.

Blanketstealer is changing the way we experience pop music.  With powerful vocals, beautifully crafted original songs and intriguing visuals, be prepared to be taken for a ride.  By fusing various musical styles and drawing from their unique backgrounds, Aaron Berk and Eric Larson have created a show that entices the senses and reconnects us with our deeper, truer selves.

ABOUT THE ARTISTS

A native of Carson City, Eric Larson has been performing since before he knew what performing was. Professionally, he has danced with the Sarasota Ballet, the Sacramento Ballet and the Sierra Nevada Ballet. He has toured the United States with productions of Fiddler on the Roof and Oklahoma! Eric has found his calling in life through the creation of original music and is proud to be a founding member of Blanketstealer. When Eric is not writing, playing or dancing, he is practicing and sharing yoga with students of all levels.

Aaron Berk has worked in virtually every facet of entertainment and is completely psyched to finally be doing his own songs.  He has directed, musically directed, produced, and performed in shows from classical concerts to TV shows to rock bands.  As a performer he toured the world in five productions of HAIR, five of Hedwig and the Angry Inch, one of The Rocky Horror Show as well as a multitude of original works in New York City and regional theaters.   He is proud of all the teaching he has done both privately and in schools and does his best every moment to practice as he teaches.
